Holly Spray

I thought this was such a lovely vintage holiday image that it was worth extracting from a larger holiday card. This holly spray featured bright white and red holly berries along with bright green leaves.

It appeared on a postcard which was mailed in 1910 and is also available here on FreeVintageArt.com.

I think the holly spray would be lovely for gift cards or a simple card cover. There’s plenty of room for your own greeting in the lower right corner or you could add a bigger background or other elements to create a totally new image. Have fun getting creative.
